We have an exciting opportunity for someone to assist us in promoting the scheme in the area, supporting the traders, and enlisting new traders into the fold.

You’ll need-

14 hours free each week, and you can have plenty of choice over the days and hours which suit.

A passion for Hoole, and a friendly manner, some background in sales/retail will be an advantage.

Be a dab hand at operating smartphones and tablets.  Technical knowledge is not essential.

I’m not receiving my email vouchers

It could be that your email address is incorrect in the system. Pop to the registration page and check. Also check your spam box to ensure the emails are not in there.

How it Works

The scheme is a points based one, which uses a tablet on each counter to record transactions. The Love Hoole card works in each retail venue. Points are accrued whenever a purchase is recorded. Monetary reward vouchers are issued instantly from the tablet when the accrued cardholder points reach the qualifying level. The reward vouchers are redeemable in the store of issue only. Vouchers are valid for a time period set by the retailer.

Vouchers are either printed in the store and given to the cardholder, or sent by email to the cardholders registered address.

 

Cardholders can check their points balance at each venue online, and also donate surplus points to charity.

Retailers can market their offers to cardholders via the tablet screens, emails, text messages, instant messages sent to app users, or messages designed to show in venue the next time a card is presented in store.

The scheme is designed to benefit everyone in the community, including traders, shoppers and local charities or other not for profit organisations such as sports clubs.
